Marilyn Manson being sued on Sexual Assault charges

On July 30th Marilyn Manson played at the DTE Energy Theatre near Detroit, MI - where he proceeded to approach a security guard from behind, make masturbation motions over the g-string he was wearing, spit on the security guard, and then headlock the guard with his legs rubbing his genitals in head and neck area. The guard didn't take to this too lightly since he was there to protect Manson and it went against the Michigan law of sexual conduct - it was definetly non-consensual. No word on what will happen to the shock rocker but he faces up to two years in prison.
