Perry Farrell reported recently that he still plans to hold his Jubilee Festival in Israel within the next year. He said: "The plan to go into Israel and play is still in effect, I have 12 months starting September 18th. The last eight months have been pretty severe over in Israel, and they didn't even recommend people to fly in." The festival will be in support of the idea rebirth in Israel, cancelling all debts and freeing all slaves.
