While no firm details have been released, according to the official website for The Eels it seems that they may be releasing a live CD from the 1998 Electro-Shock Blues tour. More than likely to be released by frontman E's label E-Works, much like the Oh What a Beautiful Morning live CD. More details will be reported as they emerge.
