Sweden has produced many a outstanding record in terms of rock with an edge. The Hives fit that bill. Many hail them as the next "Strokes" phenomena but they're just doing what they know best, rock witha twist. While they still owe Epitaph another record, Warner Bros. Records is going to market and distribute their release Veni Vidi Vicious. In conjunction with this promotion, expect to catch the fancy dressed lads touring the states.
