Ok, I'm sure most of you, like myself, could care less about the soap opera that is the life of Courtney Love, but this is really funny. Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic (you know, the Nirvana guys) filed a motion in court demanding that she undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine if she is mentally capable of handling the estate of late husband Kurt Cobain (namely, the portion of that estate that entitles her to 1/3 partnership in the remains of Nirvana). This is being done as part of the lawsuit Grohl and Novoselic filed against Love back in December in response to her lawsuit to hold up the planned release of a Nirvana boxed set. Ugh. Expect this nonsense to continue for a while...
