DeSoto Records reports that The Dismemberment Plan are making a video for the song "Time Bomb" from their most recent release Change. While noone's really sure what will become of the video, it will definetly make its way online. In the meantime, catch the band on tour along the east coast (especially you Floridians - no excuses with 5 shows lined up).
