Remember that Powerman 5000 album entitled Anyone for Doomsday? that was supposed to come out six months ago? Even if you do remember, forget it. It's been scrapped. After their drummer and bassist left frontman Spider One decided to rethink the whole album. He describes the new album as being "fun, danceable music underneath layers of screaming guitars." 20 songs have been written (with new one-name drummer Adrian) and will likely incorporate a wide variety of styles. The band hopes to announce their full new confirmed lineup sometime this month but no details regarding the new album release date or title are available.
