Say what you will about Linkin Park, but never say they don't take every chance promote the hell out of everything they release. That said, you can now preview their new live album, Live In Texas, via their brand new online player. There's lots of audio and video content, as well as a poster maker, which isn't as cool as it might sound. Nevertheless, here's another live album to add to the already increasing list.

Live Mudvayne DVD

It's time for the Holidays, and like every other band in the world, Mudvayne will issue a live DVD and tour documentary on November 11th titled All Access to All Things. The DVD features live concert performances, the video for "World So Cold", interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.

Big Wreck Frontman Goes Solo

Ian Thornley, the creative genious behind Big Wreck, has signed a record deal with 604 Records, co-owned and operated by Nickleback's Chad Kroeger. Not wasting any time Thornley is busy at work with producer Gavin Brown (Billy Talent, Three Days Grace) and hopes to support the record later next year.

The new version includes four previously unreleased tracks, music videos and brand new artwork (more in tune with their 2003 style). As well, don't forget to go pick up their new bootleg either. You'll find an exclusive interview, live performances, behind-the-scenes footage from the "Can't Stop" video, a slew of classic RHCP videos, and, most importantly, streams of their new single "Fortune Faded" (video stream coming 11/10). The song will be included on their upcoming Greatest Hits collection, which hits stores on November 18th.

The site will offer songs for .99 and full albums for $9.99 from such indie record companies as Epitaph, Artemis, Razor and Tie, Vagrant, Trustkill, KOCH Entertainment and more. Unlike the majority of download sites, ALB's music is free of DRM (Digital Rights Management), which restricts how many times the user can burn a song or transfer it to another computer.

BRMC Plan Massive Tour, Robin Passes Out

Robert Turner of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club mentioned to NME.com that they may be planning a massive tour with The Strokes, The Libertines, and The Rapture, which they will look to fill 5,000-seat venues across the US in the new year. Nothing is definite, but it would be very cruel to joke about this sort of thing.
