Currently trecking across the country on this year’s Winterfresh SnoCore tour with Chevelle, Helmet have added two headlining shows. The first is on March 16 in New Orleans at Twi-Ro-Pa. The second is during this year’s SXSW conference in Austin. Those and the band's other dates below.
The third installment of remixes featuring some of the amazing vocalists from Verve Music Group (Sarah Vaughan, Nina Simone, Dinah Washington, etc.) is headed to a music store near you. Motorhead frontman Lemmy has announced that his upcoming solo disc will be entitled Lemmy & Friends and will feature collaborations with the likes of Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana), Reverend Horton Heat, The Damned, and more. Seven tracks are said to already be completed.
