The bass player for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Flea is going back to school as a teacher. He will be teaching trumpet and bass for a couple of lessons a week at Silverlake Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles. Flea is one of the financial backers of the school but has to limit his teachings to two month blocks so he can juggle Chili Peppers recording and touring commitments. Chili Peppers returned to the studio at the end of last month to start work on their follow-up to Californication. They hope to have a new album out in the first half of next year.
