Blink-182 has confirmed a host of appearances at radio-sponsored holiday concerts before the end of the year, as well as 13 European shows to make up for those postponed after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Sprinkled among the U.S. dates are previously announced appearances Thursday (Nov. 8) at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Frankfurt, Germany, and Dec. 4 at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.
