No Doubt will release the song 'Hey Baby' as the first single from their new album, "Rock Steady", due out on December 18th. Gwen Stefani recently stated while the song addresses the backstage antics of groupies, it's an "infectious blend of slick, pulsing pop and dancehall grooves" and features DJ Bounty Killer. The video for 'Hey Baby', which was directed by Dave Meyers, premieres on November 7th.
