There will be a host of performers at the 2001 Silver Lining Silver Lake music festival that takes place in California this December. The three-day event is a benefit to raise funds for the Hollywood Sunset Free Clinic, an organisation that offers medical services free of charge to those in need in the Los Angeles area. Both Sting and Elton John will perform on the benefit's first night, December 13th, which will be hosted by Robert Downey Jr. Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jurassic 5 will be joined by DJ Keoki, Latin rock act Jaguares, and Aimee Mann on December 14th, during an evening co-hosted by Johnny Knoxville, Tony Hawk and others. The final night of the benefit, December 15th, will feature another performance from Jaguares, and will be hosted by actor Benicio del Toro. Tickets for the first two nights of the event will be available through Ticketmaster beginning on November 3 and range in price from $250-$1000. Tickets for the final night, priced at $75-$150, go on sale on November 2nd.
