Denali Update
Reported by simple
Here is an update on al your favorite Denali members, straight from the band: Maura's new band Ambulette is in high gear and has an EP coming out on Astralwerks followed by a full-length on Capitol in the new year. Keeley is now splitting his time between coasts, living in Richmond, and writing with Sparta. Jonathan is managing a new audio production house called Black Iris and has recently rejoined Bats & Mice, and Cam now lives in New York and works for RCA Records. The final chapter in Denali's story can now be finished as they release their long-awaited DVD, Pinnacle on February 7th, 2006 via Lovitt Records. Here's what you're in for:
The excitement of Denali's rise to the relative top of the indie-heap is captured here by Lovitt Records on a DVD, entitled “Pinnacle.” The release contains over 85 minutes of content including: 44 minute concert, videos for "Hold your Breath" and "Relief," alternate angles for "The Instinct" and "Normal Days," over 150 pictures of the band members, 2 home movies shot by Cam while on tour, and a hidden easter egg. The project took over 600 man hours to complete and was edited over a period of 6 months by Rex Teese, known best for his work as an assistant to the editor of "Hannibal," "Hearts in Atlantis" and "Black Hawk Down."
If you want to get your hands on it before anyone else, you can pre-order right now from the Lovitt Records website. Just go here.
It will ship three weeks prior to the release, and is being offered at 25% off (a mere $12!!!) for all pre-orders, so hook it up!! Otherwise, that should about cover it. All the best to everyone and happy holidays!!
