Seems Ozzy still has it in him. Ozzy Osbourne's 13th solo disc, 'Down to Earth', debuted in the No. 4 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Meanwhile, Ozzy's A Night of Merry Mayhem tour with Rob Zombie and Mudvayne kicks off Oct. 31 in Tucson, Arizona. Go see this tour...we wil be there.
