A few more QOTSA live tidbits

Reported by yewknee

The forthcoming Queens of the Stone Age DVD we told you about has a few more details trickling about. It seems that it will be a CD / DVD release and should contain the demo for the track "The Fun Machine Took a Shit and Died" that was lost in the process of making Lullabies to Paralyze. Release date should be sometime in the Christmas season.
