Sarah McLachlan has revealed that she is with child. Details of her pregnancy have not been revealed. McLachlan had previously announced she was taking a break from the music business and had immediate intentions to start a family with her husband, drummer Ash Sood. McLachlan is currently passing the hours in a Vancouver studio with producer Pierre Marchand, continuing work on a new album, the follow-up to her last studio album, 1997's Surfacing.
