Beck shares the cover of Vanity Fair in this months Music Issue with other artists David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Chris Cornell, Joni Mitchell, Gwen Stefani, Maxwell, Jay-Z, Emmylou Harris, Missy Elliott and Beyonce. Not only does Beck appear on the cover, but he has also compiled his list of The 50 Best Album Covers Ever along with comments on each cover. Following is an excerpt of Beck's comments on Devo's album cover for Freedom Of Choice: "I wasn't sure if they were an army, a gang, or a specialized task force of geological engineers. Whatever they were, when this came out, I wanted to enlist. There was something so satisfying about their regimented chaos. I'd love to see some of these new-school rock bands step up to this level of concept." The issue hits the stands on October 10th
