Journalist and Writer Hunter S. Thompson was found dead at his home in Colorado. The 67 year old countercultural icon commited suicide and was found by his son, Juan last night (Sunday, February 21st).
Known for his works: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (adapted into a movie), Generation of Swine, Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail '72, and Hells Angels, Thompson has been an outspoken voice of underground culture.
Our sincerest condolences go out to the Thompson family and the countless numbers moved by his work.
