Holy S***! Trip-Hop pioneers Portishead are working on a new album. It's been 8 years, but apparently according to numerous sources, Geoff Barrow and Beth Gibbons are working together in the studio and an album is anticipated for late this year.
Apparently, everyone is being very hush, hush about the album - giving us no clue of what to expect... other than a freakin' new Portishead album!
This news comes after Portishead's recent confirmation to play this February at Bristol in a benefit for victims of the tsunami in Indonesia.
