Chris Cheney of The Living End was involved in a near fatal car crash on Saturdary, September 22nd. He and a friend, Emma, collided with a car traveling on the wrong side of the road and then were sent down an embankment into a tree. Cheney was hospitalized and reportedly "lucky to be alive", however Emma received only minor injuries from the accident.
