The Second Annual Howl! Festival of East Village Arts (it's an Allen Ginsberg tribute thing) in NYC is going to be August 17-24. Moby, Steve Earle, Suzanne Vega, and Boy George are all performing. No word on if you have to be a one-person music entity to play.
