Vagrant Records has settled their lawsuit with Universal and can now proceed with their upcoming releases. The label will no longer be distributed by Universal (with the exception of the Saves the Day record) and will continue to be distributed by TVT Records. Vagrant.com has finally been relaunched, and Vagrant will release the new Anniversary and Hey Mercedes records in October.
