Queens Lose Bassist

It has been reported that Queens of the Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri has parted ways with long time calibrator Josh Homme and the band. Screaming Trees member Van Conner has taken over duties as the group's bassist. While coming as a surprise to some, there had been some tension between Oliveri and Homme on their recent tour which led to the departure.
