Reading Festival in US not gonna happen this year

Bringing the Reading Festival to the US this year has been cancelled due to a lack of interest from high-profile artists. Originally Eminem, Xzibit and Linkin Park were set to perform with Muse, Clinic, Folk Implosion, Guided By Voices, Boy Hits Car and Adema added last week - but the promotions company The Mean Fiddler didn't feel it was enough to "fully represent the history and reputation of the Reading Festival." Plans have been set to reschedule for sometime in 2002.
