System Readies New Material

System Of A Down have now completed the mixing of their forthcoming and as of yet, untitled new album, tentatively due in stores on August 14th. Originally the band tracked 33 songs for it with producer Rick Rubin and intended to mix all of the tracks with Andy Wallace. However, they had a change of plans and instead only mixed 17 tracks, 14 of which are now set for inclusion on the album. The first single off of the release, which the band are currently still deciding upon, is slated to go for adds on radio on July 9th.
