The Austin City Limits Music Festival announced it's lineup for this year's festival taking place September 19th - 21st. A few highlights from the massive list include REM, Liz Phair, Ween, The Shins, Beth Orton, Dandy Warhols, Ben Kweller, Polyphonic Spree, Spoon, Yo La Tengo, and The Beta Band (among many many others).
