Because the town of Riverhead NY sucks, Bonnaroo NE has now been cancelled all together. Riverhead is the town that the Field Day Festival was supposed to take place in. Apparently the organizers of Bonnaroo NE took a look at what happened with Field Day and realized there was no guarantee that local officials wouldn't screw them over days before the event like they did to the Field Day organizers. Bands like The Flaming Lips, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Yo La Tengo, Ween, and The Dead were scheduled to take part in the event August 8-10th.
