Powderfinger have announced their first tour in a long while, which will run from October to November. The tour is in support of their new single, 'The Metre', which is due out on August 27th (AUS). Joining the band on the "New Suburban Fables 2001 Tour" will be Something For Kate and Fluent JB. The tour dates are all in Australia, since they are an Ozzie band, so sorry to the rest of the world. This is supposed to be the band's last tour until the end of 2002, so get your tickets when they go on sale on August 20th.
