Weezer reshoots "Island In The Sun"

According to Karls Corner on the official Weezer site the video for "Island In The Sun" is going to be reshot with Spike Jonze at the helm this time. Weezer's label is a bit disappointed in the rotation that the video is getting (maybe twice a day on MTV) and Spike Jonze has expressed interest in doing another video with them. In other Weezer news, apparently bassist Mikey is in Boston tending to some medical problems and his family and they are trying out new bass players in case he isn't available for when their upcoming tour dates happen (which will be posted once they are available to us).
