Cold on the Rise

Weezer has asked the band Cold to open its upcoming shows from Sept. 6 through Sept. 29 (the full tour will be unveiled shortly). Cold's been on the road since the September 2000 release of its second album, 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage. The band previously opened for Limp Bizkit, Staind, Godsmack, and 3 Doors Down. A headlining tour of its own is currently being bandied about. Meanwhile, Cold is shooting the video for the fourth single from the album, "Bleed," in Los Angeles on Friday (Aug. 10). Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst is directing the clip, and Staind's Aaron Lewis is making an appearance as well.
