The 45th annual Grammy Awards, which airs on February 23rd, will feature a tribute to The Clash frontman, Joe Stummer. Elvis Costello will join Bruce Springsteen, E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt, and No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal for the tribute performance.
