The 11th Annual Noise Pop Festival has announced a pleathora of artists lined up to perform at their six-day rock, film, and pop music symposia. So mark your calendars for Feb 25th to March 2nd as "Busy in San Francisco." Among others, expect the likes of The Donnas, OK Go, Cat Power, Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, Folk Implosion, (smog), The Locust, Blood Bros, Tortoise, Mountain Goats, and John Vanderslice.
