British police with their billy clubs and funny hats raided a number of members of a known piracy racket and recovered over 500 tapes from The Beatles. Robert Meulenbroek, the prosecuting spokesman, said that the tapes appear to be originals but with the amount of tapes it will take some time to go through them all. Expect these snippets to one day surface in some insane collectors edition best-of rarities collection. Correction - this was in the Netherlands.
