David Bowie, Ray Davies and monks from the Drepung Gomang Buddhist Monastic University in India will return to perform at the fifteenth annual Tibet House Benefit Concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City on February 28th. Tibet House artistic director Philip Glass has also snagged Laurie Anderson, Rufus Wainwright, Angelique Kidjo and Ziggy Marley. The event is scheduled to coincide with the Tibetan New Year, and this year is the Year of the Water Sheep (I'm a double-yin metal rooster for those in curiosity).
