A Single Fat Cop

Timeoff.com.au recently interviewed Ben Ely, bassist for Regurgitator. In the interview he commented on their new album "Eduardo & Rodriquez Wage War On T-Wrecks", due out July 16th in Australia. "Personally, I think it’s the best album we’ve done," Ely stated. "We spent 11 months working on all the tracks and it was just myself and Quan working on them at home. We engineered and produced all that stuff ourselves with Pete Kostic coming up to play drums every once in a while. There were no outside influences and it was completely stress-free, you know we didn’t have any fights. It was such a good vibe, we weren’t focused on just making pop music." He continued to report: "We were able to work on making music that turned us on, you know: rap and punk rock stuff. We could to do more high-energy stuff. It was really fun and I think that’s why the album has turned out like it has, I’m really pleased with how it’s worked out." Click here for the full story.
