Four years later, a three legged dog is still a dog.

REM has mapped out a string of European tour dates for the summer of next year. This will be the first tour the band has done in about four years. Let's hope they keep Peter Buck away from the bottle through it all. According to the band's site, they are planning to release that greatest hits CD in the Fall. (Sorry to those of you who were hoping it would be out in the Summer... but on the bright side, you can look forward to a N. American tour in the Fall as well.) Wanna know the European tour dates?
