Slambient Desire in the Electric Noisefield

Sonic Youth have just released what appear to be 8 new tracks for the soundtrack to the Olivier Assayas film, Demonlover. The disc has been released in Europe with no planned release date in the US. However, I would imagine if you are resourceful enough, you could have one sent across the pond to you. Some bad people that speak a different language from us have also made copies of the tracks available elsewhere, but since I know nobody reading this is into illegal activity, I'm not going to elaborate on that option for getting ahold of the tracks. Details on the tracks are sketchy and contradictory, so if you hit "more" you can check out the two official lists of tracks Sonic Youth has contributed. Thanks goes out to Pitchfork.
