After the big Ipecac Records Halloween bash fell through, the label announced they'd make it up for fans with a massive new-years eve concert. Well, the details have been announced, and it's a doozy. Spanning two nights at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, the event features performances from Maldoror (a collaboration between Mike Patton and the one and only Merzbow), the Melvins, Isis, Captured by Robots, Jello Biafra, Mondo Generator (featuring Nick from Queens of the Stone Age), Dalek and Pink Anvil.
