In my birth month in 2003 (March, yo) the 2nd album from former Pavement summer babe Stephen Malkmus will be begatten. This time the contributions of Joanna Bolme (bass) and John Moen (drums) are formally noted because it's kinda hinted over at Matador that SM and the Jicks are very much a band.
