Isn't It Suppose to Be "Music" Television?

Well it was previously reported that footage from a performance by the band Midtown would air on the MTV's Real World because some of the cast members attended the band's show. However, now MTV has said that Midtown's footage, as well as footage of the band when they stayed in the house, will NOT be shown on TV. They decided that the network would not allow the "Real World" to promote any bands. Members of A New Found Glory also spent some time at the house. Like Midtown, their footage will not be shown either.
