Serj gets labeled

Serj Tankian, lead singer of System of a Down, is starting his own record label. Serjical Strike Records (which will actually be an imprint of SOAD's label, Columbia) will be releasing albums from Bad Acid Trip, Kittens for Christian and Motion Reign sometime next year. Says Serj about his label's philosophy, "I like it when labels present original music that don't necessarily signify or focus on one genre." Sounds good to me.
