Zwan Songs

Zwan, who you may have heard of, have almost completed their new album. The group which features former Smashing Pumpkins Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin, Matthew Sweeney, the former singer/guitarist of Chavez, and bassist David Pajo, have played a number of live shows since the demise of the Smashing Pumpkins. Now, Corgan has said that work on the album is going well. In an Internet posting, he said: "The Zwan album is just about done and we are all very excited and proud that we were able to come together to make this possible. We've been having a lot of fun, working like wizards under red lights here in the studio. "Everyone has worked very hard so we could make the first Zwan record a reality by the end of this year, and it looks like we will probably be playing some shows after Thanksgiving."
