They Might Be Giants prep album and documentary

John, John and their band of Dan's, better known as They Might Be Giants will be releasing their first studio album in five years entitled Mink Car on September 11th via Restless Records. Live staples such as "Older", "Drink!", and "I've Got A Fang" will be included on the album as well as EMusic released songs like "Working Undercover For the Man" and "Cyclops Rocks." The band worked with a number of producers including Adam Schlesinger from Fountains of Wayne/Ivy, longtime TMBG collaborator Pat Dillet and many more. They are also working on a TMBG Documentary with AJ Schnack (produced videos for blink-182, 311, Papa Roach) and will be filmed August 5th in their hometown of Brooklyn, NY.
