The Pretenders, currently on the road with the Rolling Stones, have signed to Artemis Records and will release Loose Screw November 12th. The set will be the Pretenders' first since 1999's Viva el Amor, and ends their seven-album, two-decade association with Warner Bros./Sire. This article, at RollingStone.com, also hints that Hyde & Co. may tour with Russell Crowe's band, whose name I've forgotten... I dunno, somehthing about grunting giants, right? Anyway, look forward to Loose Screw.
