For fans that might be a little disappointed with new Nonpoint album, Development, we might have a little surprise for you. According to this article at VH1.com, sometime in early 2003 the band plan on releasing a 5-track EP featuring songs that will "satisfy the small group of [their] fans that need the crazy, heavy music that radio won't play." In the interview, vocalist Elias Soriano admitted that the band wanted to get their songs played on the radio this time around, but it was more about "[communicating] energy without stressing anger." Ok, I see. Well, the EP will be recorded with a Pro Tools rig in the back of their tour bus while the group is out playing shows this month. Also mentioned in the article was the fact that the band's debut album, Struggle, will be reissued near the end of this year.
