Check this out: amongst the usual group of geezers nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 2003 (Abba, Steve Winwood, the Righteous Brothers, Lynrd Skynyrd, etc), there are actuall a few cool nominees, namely Elvis Costello, The Clash, MC5, Black Sabbath, and my personal favorites Kraftwerk (who aren't a rock band, but whatever, they deserve some props). After some sort of super-secret balloting process, the inductees will be named in December.
