MTV2 will premiere a Sonic Youth documentary on September 8th, according to the band's official website. The documentary was directed by Chris Habib and narrated by Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon. It features footage shot during the Murray Street sessions at the band's studio. The documentary will also be available to download from Sonicyouth.com starting in mid-September.
