Neurosis have announced a tentative lineup for their annual Beyond the Pale festival this November 14-17 in San Francisco. Artists include Neurosis (duh), Low, Savage Republic, Jarboe, Steel Pole Bathtub, Scott Kelly, Steve Von Till, Tribes of Neurot and more.
