Dead Meadows and Matadors

Washington DC's Dead Meadow have officially joined the ranks of Matador Records. The group, made up of Jason Simon (Guitar/Vocals) Steven Kille (Bass) and Stephen McCarty (Drums), with two albums for the Tolotta label (a label run by Joe Lally of Fugazi), have been touring nonstop this year with such groups as Guided by Voices, Super Furry Animals, The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Warlocks. They've completed a John Peel Session also, so look forward to new tracks coming.
